Hi Melle
There is no real name for them. They're usually just called like you say bike rack numberplates or extra numberplates or red text numberplates.
You get them at SKAT or the motor office (motorkontoret) where you also get normal numberplates.
You order the plate (bring the cars registration papers) and pay for it. The price is much lower than for regular numberplates for some reason.
Then they will be made for you and you can pick them up some weeks later. I've never tried it but it's pretty straightforward.
